At present,the oil-field water injection system,in a variety of microbial growth,metabolism and propagation process,easily lead to equipment,pipelines and other metal materials,serious corrosion,and then pipeline blockage,damage to the reservoir,and ultimately lead to water pressure,oil production,oil and gas quality decline for the oil field production has brought great harm.Among the microorganisms that corrode metallic materials,sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)are the main factors leading to the microbial corrosion of metal materials.In this paper,the sewage treatment system of Shengli Oilfield is taken as the research object.The main contents and conclusions of SRB biocontrol technology are studied through theoretical analysis,experimental research and field verification.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:The SRB data and dynamic trend of the main sewage stations in Shengli Oilfield are collected and analyzed.The distribution of SRB in the different sewage stations at different temperature,salinity and p H in the Shengli Oilfield is analyzed.The main measures and effects of inhibiting SRB in Shengli Oilfield are introduced.The sewage and sediment of Shengli Oilfield were used as the source of the experimental strains.Through the screening experiment,the sulfate reducing bacteria S3 and the denitrifying bacteria D2 were selected as the experimental objects,and made study of SRB control system.And successfully carried out the industrialization of bacteria to enlarge the production,the completion of industrial production parameters optimization,and the formation of a mature bacteria production system.The field test of 2400m~3/d was carried out on the site of Dongcheng.The test results showed that reduced the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the treated wastewater,increased the average viscosity of the polymer solution.,and reduced the concentration of polymer solution in the wellhead,which saved the dosage of polymer powder. |
