Because of the influence of the moisture transport process and high H2S/CO2 of high acid gas field pipeline,the safety problem of the corrosion cracking and combustible gas leak explosion combustion is becoming more and more prominent.The existing detection methods of on-line monitoring and intelligent pigging is difficult to ensure the safe and stable operation.Therefore,this paper aims at obtaining the corrosion variation and corrosion factors through the analysis of the field monitoring data of thegas field gathering and transferring system under actual working condition,setting up the database of pipeline production and corrosion,providing a data basis for pipeline safety state analysis.This paper analyzes multiple gas-liquid flow in the gathering and transferring pipeline by using numerical simulation method and Euler multiphase flow model,establishes a semi-empirical model development model combining site corrosion pitting mechanism,sets up a prediction corrosion model suitable for high sulfur content in thegas field gathering system by using corrosion database and the BP neural network mathematics method.Uniform corrosion prediction models and pitting corrosion development prediction models with the actual field data have high prediction accuracy,and can be used for security and stability analysis of gathering system.Combined with the existing high acid gas field gathering system security protection measures,we can form an integrated corrosion prevention and control measures"composed by“Sulfur resistant pipe+corrosion inhibitor+cathodic protection+intelligent pigging+corrosion test+corrosion prediction”which provides a more comprehensive protection measures for the high content of acid under the bad environment of moisture transmission pipeline safe operation.
