Study On Binary Combination Flooding And Injection Allocation Technique For District 7 In Gudong Oilfield

After 40 years of development,most of the Shengli oil fields face these problems,such as high water content,high recovery rate,high recovery rate of oil production situation,the use of binary composite is to adapt to this situation.In this study,two-way compound flooding scheme is proposed for the north of Nongdong Ng5~4-6~1,The study of remaining oil distribution,binary flooding scheme and on-site implementation plan was carried out.From the distribution of remaining oil in the plane,the remaining oil saturation is higher in the oil wells,near the oil wells,at the edges of the sand bodies and at the shunt lines,and the remaining oil saturation in the wells and the main lines is low.Through the screening and evaluation of surfactants and polymers,it is suggested that the active compound of the North Ng5~4-6~1 in the Gudong 7 area is:active agent 0.27%PS+0.13%1#,polymer 1700mg/L-1900mg/L,into the slug 0.3-0.4PV.In the process of binary composite flooding in the west of 54-61 unit of Gudong 7,the composite plugging process of jelly+pre-coagulation was used to adjust the injection well,to take the inorganic high-strength consolidation system as the main combination of jelly,pre-condensate sub-plug into the large pore block,combined with the combination of dry grit sand,composite cationic polymer+anionic polymer blocking process for treatment,in the area to continue to implement the anti-anti(anti-main)+screw pump matching process,develop a dynamic monitoring plan for reservoirs during composite flooding to ensure flooding.
