Research And Design On The Hydraulic Disc Brake Of The PSZ75

With increased use of oil resources,the safety technical requirements of oil resource exploitation are also constantly improving.Disc brake technology plays a key role in it.Though disc brake technology has been widely used in our country,the craft,braking response and stability can not catch up foreign country.so based on PSZ75 disc brake make a research on structure design and parts design in oeder to improve the propriety of the system.This article made a whole research about the Hydraulic disc brake system and the parts of brake.The research use the finite element analysis software ANSYS made a analysis about the structure of disc brake system and propose the method of improvement.This paper mainly makes some research based on PSZ75 disc brake system.on the base of summarizing the development of disc brake,through the investigation and research of the system.First,I made a design and calculate about Hydraulic disc brake system,it main including the design and choose the Electric machinery?Hydraulic pump and other spare parts;And then,this paper mainly made a whole Three-dimensional design model about the structure of the disc brake?work clamp?safety clamp and so on with Solidworks,then this paper made a design and strength check about the main parts of the disc brake,in the third part of the paper,it tells the design and research of the Hydraulic pump of the work clamp,after that it made a check about the strength of the Hydraulic pump,at the same time,it tells the force analysis and the strength check about the pin shift,after tells the design and check about the pin shift,it also use the finite element analysis method to prove the reliability of the pin shift;Finally,according to the analysis of the structureof the whole Hydraulic disc brake system,it made a more deep research on the main parts of the system,it called lever,after the research and according to it's actual application situation in the real product,we made a more deep improvement of the lever,after finish the design and the structure improvement,using the finite element analysis method to check the strength of the lever after it improved it's structure then explore the possibility of the design.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of the disc brake device has established and made a research and force analysis on the design of the structure,at the same time,through the analysis of some parts with the method of the finite element,then made a research on theoptimization of the structure of this part.
