The Research Of Optimization For Pressurized Point Gathering And Transportation Of Associated Gas

Changqing Oilfield is a typical low permeability oil field in China.The production of single well is low and the abundant gas resources are abundant,and its development and utilization are of great significance.Based on the existing process flow,the process of the pressurized point is optimized.This paper presents an integrated device with slug flow trapping,low temperature gas separation,oil and gas mixed transport protection,canceling the oil heating and buffer tank,and realizing different modes of oil and gas mixing under different development modes and different terrain conditions.To meet the complex terrain conditions of oil and gas mixed transport operation and low-cost measurement needs.This article is suitable for low-permeability oilfield gathering and transportation station pump to pump closed transport process mode application of oil and gas mixing device,the use of frequency control technology to optimize the selection of mixing pump,through the slugging and fluid adjustment to stabilize the liquid,eliminating the slug Flow,while not increasing the wellhead pressure,to achieve continuous and smooth oil,reducing energy consumption and operating costs,shorten construction period,improve the associated gas collection rate and oil field construction level.
