Changqing oilfield surface gathering process has formed a three main mode of surface gathering process-"group of wells-boost point-transfer station-united station".In the gathering process design,oil-gas transportation is used in transportation of transfer station,from the well to the pressure boost and pressure boost points.The operation unit do not use mixed transportation to ensure the safe and stable operation of the site,leading to large associated gas venting,resulting in both a waste of resources and environmental pollution,because of complex terrain,landscape diversity,output fluctuations,and not carrying out the system of gathering pipeline characteristics of multiphase in Changqing Oilfield.The low-cost development strategy is decided to continue,land gathering and transportation system to further optimize are required,to simplify and reduce investment,because of the low permeability,low production of ultra-low permeability oilfields,tons of production capacity,large number of oil and water wells,and large investment in Changqing Oilfield.The ground gathering and transportation model is simplified from three stations to two stations,which provides theoretical support for the application of oil-gas mixing and transportation,saves investment and reduces management level and operating cost,multiphase Transportation considered as the breakthrough point.The main results of this paper are:(1)Research on pipeline gas-liquid characteristics: According to the field data,the gas-liquid mixing characteristics of the wellsite to the booster point are simulated and analyzed,the pressure and temperature distribution are given,to determine the flow pattern type,and the main characteristic parameters of slug flow(including slug length,frequency,cycle,Taylor speed etc.)and design advice are given.(2)Study on hydraulic characteristics of multi point oil and gas pipeline: The 46 wellYao1 Zeng and Yao 2 Zeng are selected,two-phase fluid dynamics model are established to study the effect of operation parameters on the hydraulic characteristics,including pressure drop characteristics,flow characteristics and flow pattern,and the main characteristic parameters of section plug flow and the corresponding design suggestions are given.(3)Study on the influence of slug flow on pressure behavior of pipeline: A mechanical model of slug flow in slug flow is established,and the pressure fluctuation and impact caused by the breakup of bubbles are studied.The influence of slug characteristic parameters on the pressure fluctuation caused by the breakup of the bubble is given,and the possible harm of slug flow to the gathering and transportation system is determined,and the principle recommendations for slug flow control and elimination are given.(4)Study on the periodic fluctuation terrain pipeline system flow.A mathematical model is established and analysis of the pipeline of V shape in the first terrain and the second terrain was carried out on the base of calculation.
