In recent years,with the rapid development of power electronics technology,a large number of variable frequency and variable flow devices are put into production in oil field,which increasing the amount of non-linear loads,resulting in a significant increase in the harmonic,seriously reducing the power quality,destroying the security and stability of the whole power grid.Therefore,it is urgent to carry on the harmonic control to the oil field distribution network,and the real-time harmonic monitoring is the important premise of harmonic control.In order to prevent the occurrence of all kinds of safety accidents caused by harmonic in oil field distribution network,combined with the embedded technology,GPS precise timing technology and GPRS wireless communication technology,research and design a set of oil field distribution network harmonic on-line monitoring system,the realization of oil distribution network harmonic real-time on line monitoring and accurate analysis.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the causes and hazards of harmonic detection.Based on the investigation of the current situation of harmonic detection at home and abroad,according to the functional requirements of the system,the overall design scheme of harmonic online monitoring system based on TMS320F28335 processor is proposed.In order to solve the problem of spectrum leakage and fence effect of traditional FFT algorithm,using a Hanning window FFT algorithm to realize the detection under harmonic signal frequency and amplitude;according to the FFT algorithm with Hanning window phase detection accuracy problem,the full phase algorithm(apFFT)is used to measure the phase accurately.MATLAB simulation results show that the measurement using Hanning window + apFFT algorithm can achieve harmonic parameters accurately and quickly.Based on the simulation of the algorithm,the hardware and software system of the harmonic online monitoring system is designed.Nodes are implemented by DSP + AD7656 parameters of high precision acquisition,and the synchronization of multi node monitoring device is realized by using GPS precise timing technology,using GPRS wireless communication technology to realize the communication function of the whole monitoring system.Finally,an online harmonic monitoring software based on the object-oriented software for oilfield distribution network is developed,which can display the harmonic parameters of the distribution network directly.In this thesis,the on-line monitoring system of oil field distribution network is designed by the system calibration test and field experiment.The results show that the harmonic measurement accuracy is high,and can realize the on-line monitoring of the distribution network harmonic.It provides valuable data resources for the future harmonic source location,fault identification and harmonic control,to ensure the safe and reliable operation of oilfield power supply system,guarantee the normal production of oil field.
