| For vocational education in China,secondary vocational education is an important part.In recent years,China has strongly supported the development of secondary vocational education.At present,the hardware facilities of secondary vocational education are very well equipped.The main task of the development of secondary vocational education is to deepen the reform of vocational education and continuously improve the quality of training of secondary vocational education.In the field of world vocational education,modern apprenticeship is a more advanced concept.Many developed countries have adopted this model and obtained better educational results.The modern apprenticeship attaches great importance to the transfer of vocational skills to students in practice and production,and also enhances the professionalism of students in the teaching process.After the concept of China Manufacturing 2025 was put forward,China’s manufacturing industry has gained an important position in the global economic environment.The modern apprenticeship vocational teaching concept and the secondary vocational numerical control major are integrated.In the process of China’s social and economic development,the higher quality education had a better development prospect.This is the need for social development and the need for a strong national.The modern apprenticeship system is the institutional carrier and realization form of the integration of production and education.It can demonstrate the development trend and leading mode of vocational education in the international scope.Under the modern apprenticeship mode,school-enterprise can guide talent training activities through in-depth cooperation.Teachers can teach students theoretical knowledge and skills,improve the curriculum system and multi-party evaluation system that can meet the needs of enterprises,and complete personnel training jobs.Under the guidance ofnational policies,various regions have successively established pilot programs of modern apprenticeships to solve various problems such as inconsistent secondary vocational education and market demand,and weak practical skills of students,and to cultivate applied skills and talents to enable enterprises and society.The employer needs to be satisfied.However,as a new type of talent training model,the modern apprenticeship has a relatively short development time in China and lacks relevant experience.Therefore,some problems will arise in the course of practice.For example,enterprises,schools,and students cannot understand this model well and lacks the teacher’s willingness to lead students,and so on,the effectiveness of modern apprenticeship training has been limited.Based on the background of the new era,this paper studies how to establish a perfect talent training system by learning the modern apprenticeship connotation and realize the supply of multi-party subjects.This is also the key issue that needs to be solved now.This paper firstly summarizes relevant research data at home and abroad,introduces the specific characteristics and connotation of modern apprenticeship system.Then,this paper summarizes the practical experience of Germany,Britain and Macao and some domestic research results,and finally clarifies the research ideas of the paper.At the same time,this paper takes the numerical control major of Guilin Electromechanical Engineering School as an example to investigate the practice of modern apprenticeship in numerical control profession through questionnaires and interviews,and compares modern apprenticeship with non-modern apprenticeship.After affirming the effect of modern apprenticeship training,this paper points out the problems existing in the current practice and puts forward reasonable suggestions.The whole paper can be divided into five parts:Chapter One :Introduction.This chapter introduces the background,significance,research ideas and methods of the paper,it summarizes the research data at home and abroad and the research results of scholars,and lays a theoretical foundation for the paper.Chapter Two: Theoretical exploration of the implementation of modern apprenticeship.This chapter introduces some theories about modern apprenticeship,including vocational education theory,new professional theory,apprenticeship theory,etc.Finally,this chapter points out the practical significance of promoting modern apprenticeship.Chapter Three: Guilin City secondary vocational numerical control majorteaching status and existing problems.This chapter takes the numerical control major of Guilin Electromechanical Engineering School as an example.It uses the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the evaluation of students and the practice of students in the enterprise,so that they can understand the teaching status of this major.This chapter also points out some problems in the teaching process,such as the disconnection between teaching and business needs,limited cultivation mode,insufficient teacher strength,and low efficiency of production practice teaching.Chapter Forth: implementation of Modern Apprenticeship System for NC Major in Secondary Vocational Schools.This chapter summarizes the process of the modern apprenticeship pilot program for numerical control majors,and discusses the process of constructing such a talent training system,which includes five dimensions: talent training objectives,teacher team building,curriculum system construction,school-enterprise cooperation and assessment methods.At the same time,this chapter introduces the details of the management system in the modern apprenticeship model,including student incentives,apprenticeship selection criteria,teacher management,student management,corporate mentor management,mentor incentives,and more.Chapter Five: the analysis of the implementation effect of the pilot mode of modern apprenticeship teaching in numerical control majors.This chapter investigates the implementation of modern apprenticeship system in numerical control major of Guilin Electromechanical Engineering School through questionnaires.Based on the three levels of enterprise,school and students,this chapter points out the achievements of this profession in the practice of modern apprenticeship.Finally,based on the two dimensions of business and school,this chapter points out the problems that exist in the practice of modern apprenticeship.For the school,its main problems include the unclear understanding of the modern apprenticeship system,the lack of teachers,the unreasonable arrangement of the curriculum system,the inadequate evaluation system,and the imperfect supervision mechanism.For the enterprise,the main problems include the poor willingness of the master,the enthusiasm of the company,and so on.Finally,this chapter proposes related recommendations for the above issues. |
