Coal is the main energy source in China and a series of reforming strategies targeting to coal industry published by the government have promoted the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of China's coal industry.The rapid development of coal mine automation,information technology and intelligent technology are changing the traditional production mode of coal enterprises,marking that China's coal production has entered a critical period of intelligent development.At present,most of China's coal enterprises are equipped with a variety of coal mine monitoring and controlling systems.Multiple systems are deployed independently,equipped independently,and maintained independently,resulting in serious accumulation of physical servers in each system,bringing great difficulties to system maintenance and management and system integration.The data processing methods and data formats of massive monitoring real-time and historical data generated by each system are different,which brings challenges to mine data integration,deep integration and big data processing,and reduces the effectiveness and scientificalness of coal mine safety production scheduling management and decision-making.Based on the problems above,this thesis studies the design of the cloud network platform for coal mine safety production monitoring system and mainly studies from the following four aspects:(1)Specialize the development of coal mine safety production monitoring system integration and networking and analyze the existing problems in coal mine monitoring multi-system integration.(2)Analyze the characteristics of Internet of Things and cloud computing,study the integration requirements of coal mine monitoring system,and explore the application prospects of Internet of Things and cloud computing technology in the field of coal mine safety production monitoring system integration.(3)According to the status quo of coal mine safety monitoring of coal enterprises,this thesis analyzes the safety production supervision problems and upgrading requirements of the coal enterprises,integrates the Internet of Things and cloud computing technology,proposes the idea of coal mine cloud monitoring,and studies the designing scheme of cloud monitoring platform for coal mine safety production(4)Aiming at the problem of independent information of coal mine multi-monitoring system,design the upper-layer data display software platform,develop standard data interface,realize multi-system data collection,upload synchronization and fusion display,build coal mine monitoring cloud storage platform,laying the foundation for secure storage of massive coal mine monitoring data,efficient sharing and scientific processing.The cloud network platform for coal mine safety production monitoring system researched and designed in this thesis has been put into use in a certain coal mine.Practice has proved that the cloud network platform for coal mine safety production monitoring system effectively reduces the complexity and difficulties of integration of multiple independent systems in coal mines,and achieves the construction goals of centralized maintenance,concentrated management and convenient data-sharing,and improves the stability,reliability and safety of the system operation,and provides technical support for engineers at all levels to make scientific and effective dispatch management and decision based on working condition information in real time,and lays the foundation for the future coal mine big data platform.
