| The force majeure factor of the earthquake threatens the safety of human life and property.The way the engineering community responded to the earthquake has evolved from the traditional “hard-resistance” earthquake resistance to the current isolation.The so-called isolation is to separate the upper structure from the lower foundation by means of the device,so that the natural vibration period of the structure is prolonged,thereby effectively reducing the seismic response.Currently,the most common types of equipment for isolating earthquakes are divided into two types: mechanical isolation and material isolation.The mechanism isolation device is represented by a friction pendulum,which provides self-resetting ability by the tangential component generated by the vertical force.The material isolation device is represented by a rubber bearing,and absorbs seismic energy through the characteristics of the rubber material to achieve isolation.The effect of the earthquake.At present,most of the research and application of friction pendulum isolation bearings are mainly bridges and urban buildings.There is relatively little research on the isolation of village houses.However,in the event of an earthquake in villages and towns,the rescue difficulties are too difficult in view of the inconvenient road traffic in villages and towns.Large,people’s property and life safety will be seriously damaged.Based on the ordinary steel friction pendulum,based on the advantages of high compressive strength,tensile strength and easy forming of fiber concrete,a friction pendulum isolation system based on fiber concrete is proposed.The main research contents include the following aspect:(1)The device for performing the friction pendulum performance test was designed,and the quasi-static test of the ordinary steel friction pendulum was carried out on the self-made device.(2)Three kinds of fibers,namely steel fiber,carbon fiber and basalt fiber,were selected.Each fiber was tested according to different dosages for pressure resistance test.The basalt fiber was selected by comparing the test results of three kinds of fiber concrete.The fiber concrete friction pendulum is blended into the fiber and the optimum fiber content of the basalt fiber concrete is determined.(3)The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the friction swing of basalt fiber concrete.The hysteretic behavior of fiber concrete friction pendulum isanalyzed by applying different vertical loads and horizontal loading frequency.The test results are determined according to the simulation results.The geometric dimensions of the fiber concrete friction pendulum.(4)Machining mold making template,quasi-static test on basalt fiber concrete friction pendulum,comparing the test results with steel friction pendulum test results and comparing the test results with the simulation results,it is concluded that: basalt fiber concrete The friction pendulum has a certain isolation effect and better energy consumption performance.(5)Using the finite element software SAP2000 to simulate the isolation of a five-story building,apply the fiber concrete friction pendulum to the structure,and analyze the dynamic time history.The result shows that the five-story building with friction pendulum support has Significant isolation effect.Through the fiber-reinforced concrete friction pendulum made of fiber-reinforced concrete material instead of steel,the paper has a certain isolation effect,and has a lower cost,which provides a basis for the research and popularization of the isolation of township buildings. |
