In view of the characteristics of construction waste in China and the demand for raw materials for road engineering,this paper aims at the selection of processing equipment and process design for the application of construction waste recycling materials in road engineering through on-site investigation,theoretical analysis and experimental research.The recycled materials are in the grassroots layer.The technical nature of the mixture and the performance of asphalt concrete mixed with recycled materials were studied.The construction waste distribution,consumption field,material composition and technical nature of Xi'an area were investigated.The selection of construction waste road processing equipment was carried out according to the characteristics of construction waste material source.The construction waste sorting device capable of sorting bricks was designed.Formed a processing technology for multi-purpose products of construction waste recycling materials in road construction.The road performance of cement stabilized macadam mixture under different amount of construction waste recycled materials was studied.The method for determining the optimal blending amount of construction waste recycled materials in the pavement base layer was determined,and the cement stabilized construction waste recycled material mixture was constructed.Than design method.In view of the characteristics of the proportion of the lime-soil component on the surface of the building waste recycled aggregate and the surface adhering to the fragile mortar composition,the recycled aggregate is strengthened and optimized by using water washing,lime solution and emulsified asphalt for the use characteristics of the asphalt mixture.After optimizing the recycled aggregate aggregate,the performance of the mixture of asphalt mixture mixed with construction waste recycled materials was studied.The applicability of construction waste recycled materials in asphalt pavement was evaluated,and the replacement rate of recycled aggregate in asphalt mixture was determined.And complete the mixture mix design,which provides the basis for the application of construction waste in the asphalt surface layer.The results show that:(1)the more brncks in our country present stage construction waste components,large dust content,the characteristics of complicated composition,high cost of recycling is difficult,the processing of construction waste way needs to be improved.(2)designed a device class separation of bricks,and based on the characteristics of construction waste material sources and the existing processing equipment,technology,tease out a variety of different application type road construction waste processing technology solutions,provide reference for construction waste of engineering application value.(3)The analysis of the characteristics of the construction waste recycled materials,put forward using the mixture of crushing value and unconfined compressive strength methods.With a certain content range of recycled aggreagtes,the strength of the mixture meets the requirement of heavy traffic on the highway.(4)the recycled brick has an equilibrium moisture content in the cement slurry.The higher the water-cement ratio,the higher the equilibrium moisture content.(5)The application of recycled aggregate from construction waste in asphalt pavement is not economical.
