| As the main power source of our country,thermal power has contributed immense power to the country’s society at the same time,while its extensive mode of power generation also produces a lot of waste of coal resources and the pollution of industrial "three wastes",which restricts the sustainable development of China’s economy and the "decoupling" of the Kuschnir Azee curve in the fire power generation branch.At the same time of social and economic development,we can also give consideration to resource conservation and environmental protection.It is necessary to focus on the research of energy saving and emission reduction in thermal power enterprises.Hunan province is located in the central region of China.In order to achieve economic development,in recent years,it has become one of the regions to undertake industrial transfer.Under this background,a large number of thermal power enterprises are introduced and developed to bring economic development vitality to Hunan,with high energy consumption and high intensity pollution to regional environment belt.There’s a lot of pressure.Based on this,this paper first summarizes the theoretical results about energy saving and emission reduction performance of thermal power enterprises at home and abroad.From the perspective of energy conservation and emission reduction in thermal power industry in China,this paper takes the performance of energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power enterprises in Hunan Province as the research object,analyzes the status of thermal power enterprises in Hunan Province,and combines the results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars and a large number of research results.With reference to the successful experience of energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power enterprises in foreign countries,the performance of energy saving and emission reduction in Hunan thermal power enterprises is analyzed by DEA analysis method,and the factors of energy saving and emission reduction are analyzed and compared by multiple regression model.The 8 factors such as unit capacity utilization,power supply coal consumption,factory electricity rate,coal inbound coal heat value,enterprise profit level,energy saving and emission reduction investment,scale degree and installed capacity are selected.It is found that the overall efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction in thermal power enterprises is lower,and the comprehensive efficiency of large thermal power enterprises is higher than that of small thermal power plants,and there is a significant negative correlation between the power supply coal consumption,the plant electricity rate,the heat value of the coal entry into the furnace and the performance of energy saving and emission reduction in Hunan thermal power enterprises,and the enterprise profit level,the investment in energy saving and emission reduction,and the investment of the energy saving and emission reduction funds.The scale and installed capacity have significant positive correlation with the performance of energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power enterprises in Hunan province.Compared with large thermal power enterprises,small thermal power enterprises have lower profit level,higher power supply coal consumption,less investment in energy saving and emission reduction,higher heat value difference and less installed capacity.Through systematic analysis of the influencing factors,we find a policy breakthrough point to improve the performance of energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power enterprises in Hunan province.It provides a useful reference for enriching and developing the theory of energy saving and emission reduction in thermal power plants in China and promoting the continuous optimization of the industrial structure of thermal power enterprises in China,so as to improve the performance of energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power enterprises in Hunan province.A solid foundation. |
