Design And Manufacturing Of Steel Fibre Concrete Machine Tool Foundation

As a new type of machine tool structure material,steel fiber reinforced concrete has many excellent properties that traditional machine tool structure materials have never had.Study the application of this material in the machine tool manufacturing is of great significance for the development of the manufacturing industry in our country,because the material used for machine tool based on a can obviously improve the dynamic characteristics of machine tool,can significantly improve the machine’s adaptability to the environment.In addition,the research of this paper is in the key state science and technology projects "high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment" carried out under the background of the project,its research has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.In this paper,the manufacturing technology and the corresponding die for manufacturing machine tool foundations with steel fiber reinforced concrete are studied.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the usability and special properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC),the preparation technology of SFRC was studied,and the preparation process of SFRC was obtained.(2)Based on the preparation process of steel fiber reinforced concrete material,the machine tool bed using this material is specially designed and further optimized,and the cost of the original cast iron bed is calculated.It is found that the cost of the machine bed is reduced by about 30% compared with the original one.At the same time,other machine tool foundations using this material and the related die for preparing the foundations are designed.(3)Based on the preparation conditions of steel fiber reinforced concrete,the static and dynamic properties of the die were analyzed by finite element method.The vibration platform for preparing the machine tool foundation was designed,and the influence of vibration frequency and amplitude on the forming mechanical properties of the material was studied.The research contents and results of this paper will provide theoretical and technical support for the wide application of steel fiber reinforced concrete in machine tool industry,and have a good reference value and guiding significance for the application of steel fiber reinforced concrete to manufacture machine tool foundations.
