Nitrogen and phosphorus are the "culprits" that lead to the eutrophication of natural water bodies. In April 2015,the State Council officially promulgated the "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan"(abbreviated as "Water Ten Article"),which clarified the phased objectives of improving the quality of water environment as the core, and emphasized the need to strengthen urban wastewater treatment and upgrade the standard. Therefore,in recent years, urban wastewater treatment plants have paid more and more attention to nitrogen and phosphorus removal.Based on the previous study of this research group, combined with the preparation procedure of EPRC high-efficiency phosphorus removal material, this study modified and sieved the absorbent materials such as slag, fly ash, zeolite, and used acetate as molding material, and innovatively added reinforcing material-basalt fiber to prepare ZSFB composite fiber material by wet spinning technology.Based on studies of phosphorus removal performance and adsorption characteristics, phosphorous removal effect of the ZSFB fiber was researched emphatically in aeration tank and secondary sedimentation pond. The economics of practical application was also analyzed. The results of studies on the characteristics of phosphorus removal by adsorption showed that the more the amount of ZSFB added, the higher the removal rate of phosphorus and the lower the amount of adsorption;the initial p H had little effect on the p H after the reaction, showing good acid-base applicability; The ZSFB fibers exhibit a porous network structure with high porosity and the adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir model. The experiment of Simulating activated sludge aeration tank showed that after 20 g fiber was placed, the average removal rate of TP increased by 54.77%.The effect of removing phosphorus was obvious, but the dosage was not linear with the phosphorus removal rate;the effect of denitrification was not obvious. The effect of adsorption on the degradation of NH3-N is smaller than that of biochemical reactions;it also has little effect on the removal of COD and the change of p H.The experimental results of the secondary sedimentation tank effluent in adsorption column show that after 8 hours of static adsorption on the 20 g ZSFB fiber adsorption column, the removal rate of phosphorus is stable above 95%,the p H is stable between 8.5 and 9.0.However,if the HRT is too long, the flow rate of influent water will be reduced and the overall phosphorus removal efficiency will be affected. The removal process of ammonia nitrogen is based on physical adsorption, which means that the denitrification efficiency is lower than the efficiency of phosphorus removal. The effective adsorption capacity of ZSFB composite fiber material is calculated according to formula xiρc AL(1-f),the calculated result and the experimental result are within the allowable range of error. The calculation method is feasible.
