Hydraulic exchange machine belongs to power machinery equipment in coke oven heating process,including hydraulic station and bar cylinder device,electrical control equipment,etc.The cylinder drags the bar to drive corresponding mechanism,which changes the flow direction of the gas,thus serving the coke oven heating process.With the improvement of coke oven technology and the strengthening of safety in production of enterprises,it is important to solve the problems existing in hydraulic exchange machine.The problem of explosion-proof design reflects the urgent need for safe production and has practical significance,so it is necessary to take it seriously.Aiming at the hydraulic system of hydraulic exchange machine,this paper introduces the hot issues existing in hydraulic exchange machine,such as functional requirements for emergency power cut and explosion-proof safety.According to the latest process parameters of hydraulic exchange machine,the pressure and flow parameters of the hydraulic actuator cylinder are calculated and analyzed.Two kinds of hydraulic oil circuit schemes are given and analyzed by the emergency function of accumulator,the configuration of oil pump and motor are also analyzed,thus improves the oil circuit of the whole hydraulic system.The explosion-proof design of hydraulic exchange machine is analyzed,and the design scheme of explosion-proof is put forward.In order to verify the emergency function of accumulator circuit further,accumulator emergency oil circuit is established and analyzed by SimulationX fluid software,by modifying the simulation parameters,the design scheme is perfected,and the correctness of the design scheme is verified by an engineering example.
