The Project Research Of Construction Engineering Dust Supervision Of Dalian

In recent years,to make improvement of the construction engineering dust supervision work,Dalian government have made many positive attempts.However,compared with the advanced domestic and international urban management system,the construction engineering dust supervision of Dalian is still in a lower level.And there still exists a gap between the current economic developments.Many administrative department in our government have conducted relative administrative reforms in order to adapt those changes.Such reforms have achieved the goal to transform the government's functions,from managing to servicing.Correspondingly,the government department of construction dust risk supervision has also changed.Their requirements for the services provided by the department are more stringent than ever before,especially in these aspects: high economy,high efficiency,high humanity.The thesis starts from the survey of the construction dust risk in Dalian,and make it clear the concept of the dust hazard and its probability.The safety system engineering theory is applied to the analysis of multiple dust accident trees.The minimum path set and the structural importance of its basic events are found out.At last,the writer learns from the advanced experience at home and abroad in solving the suggestion of the project of construction dust risk supervision.The project avoids the occurrence of all basic events in the minimum path set,and reduces the risk of construction dust.This paper is from the perspective of regulators,with the instruction of the administration theories,and learn from the advanced experiences of developed countries,based on the actual investigation,theoretical calculation and analysis of practical problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the supervision of construction dust risk in Dalian.At the same time,the legitimacy,economy,reliability and rationality of the proposal are also demonstrated.It has set up a supervision system in line with the actual situation of Dalian,which has promoted the transformation of the functions of government departments and the improvement of their efficiency.
