In recent years,with the advance of science and technology,machining centers have greatly improved in functions,efficiency,and mechanical properties.The development of the manufacturing industry has made the demand for machining centers higher and higher.Among the machining centers,the NC rotary table is an important accessory,and its performance can directly determine the processing quality and the processing performance of machining center are good or bad.The new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table changes the traditional transmission method.It has the advantages of high processing precision,large capacity,high input speed,high rigidity and so on.This project will conduct in-depth research on dynamic and static characteristics analysis,harmonic response analysis and structural optimization of the NC rotary table.On the basis of shortening the development cycle and saving development costs,the NC rotary table achieve a lightweight design on the basis of ensuring good dynamic and static characteristics.The main contents of the dissertation are as following:(1)Structural design of the new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table.The overall design of the new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table is analyzed.And the article exemplifies how to calculate the cutting force on the turntable.At the same time,the key components of the structure of the NC rotary table are studied and calculated.With the help of MATLAB software and SolidWorks 3D modeling software,the 3D solid modeling of the new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table is completed and the assembly is realized.(2)Based on the finite element method,the dynamic and static characteristics of the new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table are analyzed and studied.The corresponding parts materials,contact forms between the parts and the corresponding boundary conditions were set.The static and dynamic characteristics of the NC rotary table are analyzed and results are obtained.The results show that the static stiffness of NC rotary table meets the design requirements and the resonance phenomenon will not occur.Then,according to the harmonic response analysis theory,the harmonic response analysis of the NC turntable under no-load and full-load conditions are performed,and the influence of cutting forces in different directions on the cutting accuracy of the NC rotary table is obtained.(3)The response surface model was established for the new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table.The optimization design theory and the response surface theory are introduced.Based on the parametric model of the new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table,combined with the results obtained from dynamic and static analysis,the design variables were determined.The test points and response surface models are established,and the response curves of design variables and dynamic and static characteristics were obtained.(4)The multi-objective optimization was conducted on the new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table.The optimization objective function and constraint conditions of the NC rotary table are determined,and the sensitivity of design variables to their objective functions and constraints is obtained.The multi-objective optimization is performed for the new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table.Compare the dynamic and static characteristics of the NC rotary table before and after optimization,the results show that the dynamic and static characteristics of the new type of cylindrical cam transmission NC rotary table have been improved to varying degrees respectively,and the overall weight has been reduced.
