| With the rapid development of the construction industry,the requirements for construction efficiency and quality are getting higher and higher.There are many problems for the existing construction formwork digital design systems,such as low knowledge reuse rate,low intelligence and low design efficiency.It has been unable to meet the actual production and construction needs and developers’ time node requirements.It is urgent to develop high quality and efficiency formwork intelligent design technology.Therefore,the paper is supported by the project for a construction technology company-development of aluminum alloy formwork intelligent design system.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of formwork design and reduce the total cost of the project cost,the research and application of intelligent design technology for formwork based on the knowledge reuse is carried out.The design knowledge of formwork domain is effectively reused and the intelligent design of aluminum formwork is realized.The main contents of the paper are as follows:The requirements of aluminum alloy formwork intelligent design are analyzed and framework are designed based on the knowledge reuse.By introducing the characteristic and basic composition of aluminum alloy formwork,the threedimensional digital design process of formwork and design knowledge of typical construction structure are elaborated.Through analyzing the knowledge reuse requirements of intelligent design for formwork,the framework and process of knowledge reuse supporting the intelligent design of formwork are constructed.The design knowledge and process model of aluminum alloy formwork are established.Through mining the related knowledge in the aluminum alloy formwork engineering domain,the domain ontology of formwork design knowledge is proposed.In this paper,the calculation methods of comprehensive semantic and attribute similarity are studied,and the mapping relationship between heterogeneous ontology is established.By analyzing the three-dimensional digital design process of formwork,the concept of formwork design knowledge component is put forward,and the intelligent design process model of formwork based on knowledge components is established.The intelligent design technologies of aluminum alloy formwork based on the knowledge component engines are studied.The core functions and algorithms of the formwork design engines are introduced,including the formwork scheme design engine,the formwork nesting design engine and the formwork assembly design engine.In this paper,an integrated reasoning mechanism based on CBR-RBR is proposed for formwork scheme design.Aiming at formwork nesting design,a formwork nesting optimization model is established,and the optimal nesting results and optimal sizes set are solved by dynamic programming algorithm based on the optimal sub segments.In addition,the parameterized models are applied to achieve models reuse.An intelligent assembly method based on assembly semantic information is proposed for the formwork assembly design,in order to realize the intelligent assembly process.The intelligent design system of aluminum alloy formwork based on knowledge reuse is realized.Based on the research of intelligent design technology for formwork,the intelligent design system of aluminum alloy formwork is developed using C# language.The development environment and framework of the system are built.According to functional model and information model of the system,the user interface and related functions of the system are developed.Besides,using a specific formwork design project as an example,the application of intelligent design system of aluminum alloy formwork is presented. |
