Since exfoliation of graphene from graphite for the first time in 2004,researchers around the world have generated tremendous enthusiasm for the study of graphene. The reason for this result is that on the one hand, graphene has unique properties and structure, and on the other hand, reason is that the potential application of graphene is very wide. With the wide application of graphene materials, more and more research works on graphene materials have been reported. However, the preparation of high-quality large-size graphene is still a challenged project. In this thesis,large-size,high-quality graphene was prepared by using liquid-phase exfoliation without ultrasonic, and the size of graphene film was observed by TEM to exceed 10 ?m;Electron diffraction shows that graphene obtained has a good six-fold symmetry. The X-ray diffraction pattern shows no other impurity peaks, indicating that the prepared graphene has high purity.Atomic force microscopy(AFM)result indicates that we have prepared monolayer graphene sheets.Raman spectrum peak width and the peak position proves that we have prepared a monolayer graphene sheet.Another important work is the application of graphene capsules-aminoporphyrin in photodynamic therapy(PDT).Firstly, graphene capsules-aminoporphyrin was synthesized. Then, using graphene capsules-aminoporphyrin as photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy against melanoma tumors in nude mice.By comparing graphene capsules-aminoporphyrin with graphene capsules and aminoporphyrin nanorods in PDT effect,it was concluded that our graphene capsules-aminoporphyrin as photosensitizer has a significant inhibitory effect on tumors, and has lower side effects and less toxicity.
