At present, most of the domestic oil fields have entered into the late period of production,in order to improve the production of oil wells and economic benefits,we usually take increasing production measures on the wells. However, the cost and the effect of increasing production measures is different,so the evaluation of oil production measures is necessary. In this paper, the mechanism of increasing production measures is studied, and the geological and engineering factors influencing the effect of increasing production are obtained. The basic evaluation index set is established and the corresponding calculation method is given. The evaluation system is divided into three subsystems. The ISM model is used to determine the structure of each subsystem, that is,the general evaluation index system.Using the Likert scale method and SVM-FCM method to further optimize the indicators to apply to a specific measure. As a result of the difference in the nature of the evaluation,we use the principal component analysis-gray prediction and the analytic hierarchy process-the improved fuzzy evaluation as the method to choose measures and evaluate the effect after stimulation. The forecast of crude oil production is the basis of the evaluation of the measures. In this paper, the improved gray forecasting method is used to calculate the yield of the crude oil before and after the measures, and the accuracy of the crude oil forecasting is improved. And the contradiction between accuracy and timeliness has been solved. Finally, using the VS integrated development environment, the B/S system model is used to develop the effect evaluation software based on the CNPC A2 project database, and the functions such as measures warning and choice, actual effect evaluation, design and construction quality evaluation have been implemented.
