With the exploration of oil and gas resources in deep formation and offshore oil and gas resources,more and more deep and deep water wells emerge,which puts forward higher requirements for drilling fluid performance.The high temperature and high pressure in deep well and the low temperature environment of deep well have important influence on the rheological property of drilling fluid.In this paper,utilizing physical field to control the rheological properties of water based drilling fluids has been proposed.The HTD type intelligent power supply had been chosen as the electric field source,and electric field treatment chamber had been made.The influence of high frequency and high voltage AC electric field on the continuous phase and dispersed phase of water-based drilling fluid was studied combining with the design of suspension rheology test method.The relationship between electric field and water base drilling fluid was explored.Experimental results showed that When the electric field voltage reaches 4kV,the activity of water increases obviously in 3h,which is helpful to the hydration of the slurry and the treatment agent;The electric field can obviously increase the plastic viscosity of bentonite suspension;The voltage of the electric field parameter has the greatest influence on the bentonite suspension,the pulse width ratio is second,and the frequency is the least;The electric field can reduce the consistency coefficient of NaCl bentonite suspension and improve its flocculation state;The electric field can affect the acrylamide,resin and tannins processing state of adsorbent and clay particles;The electric field has great effect on the rheological properties of different drilling fluid system differences,but the electric field can make the drilling fluid into the plastic viscosity,dynamic shear force and viscosity reduction.In this paper,92-11 DN type ultrasonic cell crusher is used as ultrasonic generator,and the effect of ultrasonic wave on the slurry and treatment agent of water base drilling fluid was studied combining with the design of suspension rheology test method.The relationship between ultrasonic wave and water base drilling fluid was explored.Experimental results showed that The ultrasound can significantly increase the bentonite suspension plastic viscosity and shear force and suspension viscosity and shearing force of 24 h without recovery.the particle size of the dispersed phase was reduced and the specific surface area was increased,which enhanced the internal friction and the hydration of the clay particles.With the increase of ultrasonic power between the bentonite slurry viscosity and shearing force increases,when the power is 70%,the consistency index increased significantly.Ultrasonic can obviously improve the flocculation state of bentonite slurry containing NaCl.The effect of ultrasonic on drilling fluid is mainly realized by increasing the hydration and internal friction of clay particles,and destroying the net structure formed between the soil particles and the treating agent.
