Korla Fragrant Pear is famous and excellent fruit,and it is one of the national geographical indication products.The fruit quality of Korla fragrant pear is influenced by different harvest time and storage period.It is very important to know how does different harvest time and storage period influence on it.In this study,Korla Fragrant Pear as the test materia was obtained from 10 th Company of 11 th Regiment in Alar,and the quality of Korla Fragrant Pear in different harvest time and storage period was detected and compared.It was found that the variation law of the indexes and the correlation among the indexes were obtained from the different harvest time and storage period of Korla Fragrant Pear,and the best harvest time was found out,and the best harvest time was determined for the short term storage of cold storage.In order to determine the best harvest time for the short-term storage of cold storage,provide theoretical basis for scientific,reasonable and timely harvesting and storage,and hope the best quality Korla pear can be bought by consumers.The results showed that:1.The best quality of Korla Fragrant Pear was obtained on October 1st,followed by September 26 th and September 21 st,respectively.In order to obtain more vitamin C in fresh fruit,we should choose to harvest on September 21st-26 th or so,and in order to obtain more soluble solids and more sugar,the harvest time should be after September 21 st.The pear with higher acidity can be picked before September26 th.2.With the delay of harvest time,the chlorophyll content in the peel of Korla Fragrant Pear decreased,the hardness of without skin Korla Fragrant Pear decreased,the titratable acid content decreased and the soluble sugar content increased.The relationship between the indexes was that the content of soluble sugar in Korla Fragrant Pear was negatively correlated with the content of chlorophyll in the pericarp,the hardness of without skin Korla Fragrant Pear and the titratable acid content of the fruit were negatively correlated,and the hardness of without skin Korla Fragrant Pear was negatively correlated with the chlorophyll content of the pericarp.The titratable acid content in the fruit was positively correlated with the chlorophyll content in the pericarp of Korla Fragrant Pear.The results showed that the titratable acid content in Korla Fragrant Pear was positively correlated with the chlorophyll content in the pericarp.The single fruit weight and fruit heart weight of Korla fragrant pear were significantly positively correlated with fruit diameter,fruit diameter and edible partial weight,fruit heart weight.The ratio of fruit to core was significantly positively correlated with the diameter of the core,and the diameter of the core increased and the ratio of fruit to core increased.3.It is necessary to further study the optimum harvest time of Korla Fragrant Pear which needs to store30-45 days.Korla Fragrant Pear stored for 60-75 days can be picked it around September 26th;stored for75-90 days can be picked it around September 6th,and stored for 105-120 days can be picked it aronud September 11th;About 75 days of storage,choosing September 6th or September 26 th to pick is needed further experimental study.If you want to choose a longer storage time,you need to consider the storage and long distance transport time,It’s best to pick it around September 11 th.
