Based on the research and analyze results of our group,this paper has carried on the design and construction of the indoor simulation experiment platform with the related knowledge of the similarity theory.Using the experimental platform we had experiments of climbing,obstacle,cornering and through capacity of horizontal pipe of this drive system.We received the relationship between the transport characteristics of the drive system and the gas flow rate,the size of the impeller and the slope of the pipeline.The experimental results show that the designed non-blocking internal detector driving system is running smoothly,the driving force is large,and the obstacle capability is strong enough.This drive system can meet the special needs of the speed inside the gas pipeline detector.Firstly,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the on-line detection of gas pipeline and the various solutions proposed for this problem.It is impossible to control the speed of detector detection.Aiming at this problem,our group has proposed a non-blocking internal detector drive system with a drive impeller.This drive system uses the impeller to absorb the fluid energy in the tube,without external power supply and automatically adjust the forward speed,to meet the gas pipeline on-line detector for the speed of the demand.Secondly,according to the non-blocking internal detector driving system and the speed control scheme,combined with the similarity theory,we designed the experimental model according to a certain proportion.After analyzing the main factors influencing the movement of the internal detector,the corresponding experimental platform is built to facilitate the single control experiment of each influencing factor.Then,on the basis of theoretical analysis,we had some related experiments like climbing,obstacle crossing and cornering of driving system by using the simulation platform.Through the experimental results,the feasibility of the program and the specific laws of each factor are analyzed.Finally,according to the experimental results,the structure of the drive system is optimized and improved,which solves the contradiction between the speed and the load of the drive system and promotes the industrial production of the drive system.
