In recent years,chemical raw materials and chemical products demand is increasing year by year in the international market,so dangerous goods container in the container yard has a wide significance.Tianjin port "8-12" explosion accident in China exposed hidden security risks in the dangerous goods container yard and some loopholes in management.Therefore,it has an important theoretical and practical significance on the study of dangerous goods container yard management,and container allocation is one of the most important parts of the yard managementOn the basis of reviewing a large number of research results of container yard management,this paper puts forward the research on the optimization of container dangerous goods management: First,this paper introduces the basic knowledge of dangerous goods and describes the development status of dangerous goods container logistics and the problems of the dangerous goods.It combines container with dangerous goods and containers.It considers not only the optimization of container storage,but also with the nature of dangerous goods.Secondly,from the view of safety and economic,it researches on optimizing management of port container yard of dangerous goods,to establish model for safety and economy optimization on conditions of the entry time,exit time,dangerous goods type,weight,route,destination and so on.And the goals will be divided into small targets.Finally,considering the general genetic algorithm based on a single target,and prone to a lot of redundant individuals lead to premature convergence,we propose an improved non dominated sorting genetic algorithm based on the elitist strategy.The congestion degree calculation and the elitist strategy are improved and the redundant individual is removed.It improves the diversity of the population,and is solved by using the MATLAB software to obtain Pareto set.According to the above algorithm design,it solves the stack problem by using the actual data of QD port.With comparison and analysis,it proposes some scientific stacking strategy and suggestions on port dangerous container yard management to improve safety level,work efficiency and competitiveness of the QD port market.
