| With the rapid development of China’s livestock and poultry breeding industry,poultry manure has also increased significantly and has not been treated in time,leading to increasingly prominent environmental problems.Therefore,livestock and poultry farms must treat livestock manure but not pollute the environment.Among them,composting fermentation in a closed fermentation tower is a good treatment method.Composting fermentation technology is a kind of degradation of organic matter by microorganisms.The process of degrading the unstable organic matter in the composting raw material to a stable nature,being harmless to the crop,and improving the compost product of the soil.Now aiming at the needs of Hubei Zhongxiang Yunhai Poultry Breeding Professional Cooperative,we have developed a compound fermentation tower unit with a daily processing capacity of 6t and a total capacity of 36 t chicken manure in combination with Jingmen Shangdi Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.(Composite fermentation tower is divided into aerobic fermentation tower and anaerobic fermentation tower.The aerobic fermentation tower and the anaerobic fermentation tower are divided into three layers,each layer containing 6t chicken manure).In this paper,the overall design and related parts design and verification of the composite fermentation tower are mainly carried out: 1.Design the fermentation tower,the partition plate and the stirring device and draw the 3D map by Solidworks and import it into Ansys Workbench to analyze the stress distribution of each component;2.Design and to draw 3D maps by Solidworks into EDEM for discrete element analysis,and study the blockage of two kinds of blade conveying materials;3.Test and analyze the tower and screw conveyor,verify the composite the rationality of the structure and performance of the fermentation tower and the rationality of the design of the double-headed spiral blade at the end of the horizontal direction of the screw conveyor;4.On the basis of the design of the main structure,through the calculation and analysis,the auxiliary device(ventilation device,biofiltering pool,etc.)to design. |
