Double-side shearing machine is an important production equipment for cutting metal materials in cold rolling finishing line of a mid-thick steel plate,in which pinch rollers play a role to clamp and transfer plate in shearing machine working process.Hence the quality of steel plate is guaranteed.Pinch rollers using larger quantities,high cost,pinch roller bears a greater bending moment and roller surface bears a greater contact stress in working process,easy cause roller deformation or roller surface wear,directly influence on the steel plate work-piece clamping and transmission performance,then impact cfficiency and cutting precision of the shearing machine.Aiming at these problems,makes a design and research on the special-purpose cylindrical grinding machine for pinch rollers of shearing machine,the grinding machine can realize on-line grinding with high precision in without unloading pinch rollers,to enable it to complete the plate clamping and transmission task and ensure shearing efficiency of double-side shearing machinery.The contents of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)According to the structure characteristies of pinch roller of shearing machine,designing overall structure of grinding machine in accordance with the relevant design principles,through comparison of structure schemes,determine the overall structure of the special grinding machine and can realize to grinding finishing processing requirements of the cylindrical surface of pinch roller.This paper analyzed grinding process of grinding machine grinding process in detail and carried on the selection of grinding machine accessories and grinding technology,and then the main technical parameter of grinding machine were determined.(2)Using the finite element method to analysis static and dynamic characteristics of the crucial components of the special purpose grinding machine.This paper analyzed the maximum deformation and stress of the key parts of the machine and grinding machine under the static load according to the theory of statics.This paper studied the low order natural frequency and modal characteristics of the key parts of the machine and grinding machine itself,provides a basis on determining overall structure of grinding machine.(3)This paper developed the special control system of grinding machine with PC+PMAC motion controller mode,the control system is mainly composed of controller,servo system,human-machine interface and other components.This paper made a selection and calculation on servo drives,servo motor,spindle,motorized spindle controller,man-machine interface of the control system,improve the composition of control system.(4)This paper analyzed the machining process system error,and proposed error measurement program.Obtain contour data of pinch roller outer surface by on-line measurement,fitting the measurement data with least squares,and get the grinding process system errors.Through compensate for errors of the grinding process system,and ensure the precision of grinding finishing machining of pinch roller outer circumferential surface.
