Iron and steel industry is one of China's pillar industries.China's steel enterprise device management,has gone through the early post-repair(Repair Demand)system,in the 1950 s the program pre-repair system,a comprehensive system of production and maintenance(TPM)80 years and is currently promoting a point repair system test.Steel rolling mill production line high,bar products necessary equipment,such equipment is usually relatively little bad working conditions,production technology reasons that the impact of large,fast,is the important production equipment.The machine halt due to a fault will cause huge losses and production equipment.Iron and steel enterprises MILL condition monitoring system provides the finishing train running status monitor,by monitoring equipment in the operation of the vibration parameters,temperature parameters,operating parameters to determine the health status of the equipment,guidance equipment inspection and maintenance.With computer technology,network technology,sensor technology,the development of fault diagnosis technology makes perfect high-performance,real-time equipment condition monitoring and diagnosis possible.This paper describes a typical fault diagnosis of the finishing unit condition monitoring system for implementation and finishing mill.Condition monitoring system data acquisition finishing train of the motor and gear in the operation of vibration,temperature and other parameters,and collected by the local transport network to the business center of the room server;the data server is via the Internet real-time transmission to the remote diagnostic center for engineers real-time monitoring equipment running diagnostic center.Diagnostic Center engineers regularly given health equipment,high-level alarm occurs in the device failure analysis report gives timely to remind maintenance personnel to carry out equipment inspection and maintenance,and give guidance.When for common fault mill system by analyzing the structure of mechanical equipment,work status,combined with the use of the collected vibration parameters,frequency analysis,wavelet analysis tools to identify faults.And the introduction of empirical mode decomposition(EMD)analysis method to solve problems encountered inthe data analysis mill,EMD mill for similar classes of non-smooth operation of the equipment is very effective,and very high computational efficiency.Mill monitoring system after more than a year of operation,more than successfully found early failure,and gives an accurate determination verified EMD Mill Fault Diagnosis tool is very effective.
