| Amphiphilic block copolymers contain both hydrophilic and hydrophobic chain segment,typically,each segment is thermodynamic incompatible,which can lead to self-assemble behavior in selective solvents to form rich mesoscope structures,it can be used for synthesis of mesoporous and macroporous materials as “soft” templates,attracting widespread attention in the direction of the adsorption separation,catalysis,biological medicine,photoelectric device,energy storage,etc.In this work,with ring opening polymerization(ROP),atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)and Click Reaction,three kinds of amphiphilic block copolymers with dinonylphenyl end-capped poly(ethylene glycol)were synthesized(DNPEPEO-b-PLLA,DNPEPEO-bPS,DNPEPEO-b-PS-b-PLLA),with the three amphiphilic block copolymers as template respectively,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as silica source,using the method of evaporation induced aggregation assembling(EIAA),highly ordered mesoporous/macroporous and spongelike multiporous silica materials were synthesized.The first chapter expounds the background related to this topic work,the following aspects were reviewed: the overview of block copolymers,the self-assembly and its applications,the synthesis of mesoporous/macroporous materials,the mechanism and applications as well as the main work of this paper and its significance.In the second chapter,a series of different molecular weight and low PDI of the two nonyl phenyl amphiphilic block copolymers(DNPEPEO-bPLLA)were prepared with ROP,and its self-assembly behaviours in aqueous solution were studied,the attempt to prepare ordered multiporous silica materials with DNPEPEO-b-PLLA as template were very difficult,because of the Flory Huggins parameter()between DNPEPEO and PLLA is small and its molecular weight isn’t big enough,it’s not easy to make the micro phase separation behaviours happen,we only get disordered layered structure silica materials when use it as template.In the third chapter,two ends nonyl phenyl block amphiphilic copolymer DNPEPEO-b-PS and DNPEPEO-b-PS-b-PLLA was synthesized using ATRP,ROP and Click Reaction,with amphiphilic block copolymer DNPEPEO-b-PS and DNPEPEO-b-PS-b-PLLA as templates,we finally synthesized high ordered mesoporous/macroporous and sponge-like macroporous silica materials.The study found that the high hydrophilic hydrophobic ratio(VH/VL),appropriate concentration of HCl and appropriate solvent evaporation temperature is easier to prepare orderstructured porous silica materials.The fourth chapter summarize the full text. |
