Since the 20th century,fossil fuels have been widely used which greatly improved the quality of human life,but at the same time brought serious environmental pollution.Direct methanol fuel cell?DMFC?is a new type of clean energy with the advantages of environmental friendliness and high energy conversion efficiency.Moreover,the fuel of DMFC is renewable.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the research and commercialization of DMFC.Currently,commercial electrocatalysts are susceptible to poisoning,high in cost,and low in catalytic activity.In this paper,a series of new catalyst carriers were prepared through a series of modifications of graphene materials,such as punching,loading and doping.Then,several new electrocatalysts were prepared with noble metal platinum as the main body of electrocatalyst.The morphology,structure and electrochemical properties of the catalysts were studied by atomic force microscope?AFM?,scanning electron microscope?SEM?,transmission electron microscope?TEM?,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy?XPS?,X-ray diffraction,electrochemical test and so on.The main experimental contents are as follows:1.GO was prepared using an improved Hummers method.On the basis of GO,porous GO?PGO?was prepared by etching GO by H2O2.Moreover,nitrogen-doped porous GO?NPGO?was synthesized by using H2O2 as etching agent and concentrated ammonia as the nitrogen source.The morphology and structure of these materials were characterized by SEM,AFM,XPS and TEM.2.The catalysts GO-Pt,PGO-Pt;GO-TiO2-Pt and PGO-TiO2-Pt were prepared by polyol method combined with the hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate.The morphology and structure of the catalysts were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD and XPS.Finally,the electrochemical properties of the catalyst were tested by cyclic voltammetry and i-t curve.PGO-TiO2-Pt has the best catalytic activity for methanol electrooxidation.3.The catalysts NPGO-Pt and NPGO-TiO2-Pt were prepared by the polyol method combined with the hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate.The morphology and structure of the catalysts were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD and XPS.The results insicated that the distribution of Pt nanoparticles was more uniform with nitrogen doping.Finally,the electrochemical properties of the catalyst were tested by cyclic voltammetry and i-t curve.NPGO-TiO2-Pt has the best electrocatalytic activity for methanol oxidation under long time operation.
