| With the advent of the Internet era,information construction has been gradually strengthened and management systems are being used more and more by companies.In these management systems,ERP system has gradually become the preferred management system for today’s enterprises,relying on its powerful planning control and data integration functions.On the other hand,the overall budget management has also developed from simply controlling and coordinating production activities to planning,controlling and evaluating the company’s strategic development,gradually occupying a central position in the company’s internal management system.In today’s ERP environment in internet plus,continuous improvement of the overall budget management will help improve the overall budget management efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise.The reform of the overall budget management and its research work under the new environment become particularly important.In this paper,the actual case is studied.Through the practice,investigation and investigation within A Jewelry Group,this paper studies the information construction of overall budget management under the ERP system environment of the company.On this basis,this paper explores the company’s achievements in the implementation of comprehensive budget management from the aspects of budget preparation,budget execution and control,budget analysis and evaluation in the process of comprehensive budget management.Meanwhile,from the perspective of internet plus,this paper explores the deficiencies and causes in the current comprehensive budget management process of A Jewelry Group,finds out the reasons for the deficiencies,and puts forward improvement measures,that is,to establish and improve the " intelligent" comprehensive budget management system under the ERP environment in internet plus.This paper finds that the implementation of budget management informatization in Group A has achieved certain results: informatization technology has improved the efficiency of overall budget management;The workflow system under ERP strengthens budget control."Information Transparency" Restrains Budget Relaxation;Financial sharing eliminates the "island effect".At the same time,some problems faced by group a are also found: there is still a distance from the concept of " full participation" in overall budget management,from the scientific nature of " whole process management" in overall budget management,and from the " unsound" function of the overall budget management module.Through the analysis of the causes of the above problems,it is found that the lack of professional talents,the organizational structure to be optimized and the functional design of the comprehensivebudget management module ignore the influence of internet plus are the main reasons for the above problems.In view of these problems and their causes,this paper proposes the following improvement measures: training and introducing professionals adapted to the ERP environment in internet plus,reforming and constructing the enterprise organizational structure adapted to the ERP environment in internet plus,innovating and establishing an "intelligent" comprehensive budget management system adapted to the ERP environment in internet plus,etc.These suggestions will be helpful for Group A to improve the application of comprehensive budget management.At the same time,it can also provide universal reference for other enterprises that are about to or are implementing comprehensive budget management under the ERP system in internet plus. |
