An industrial park includes chemical production companies,pharmaceutical companies,electric furnace manufacturers,solidified material manufacturers,and paint manufacturers.In order to meet the needs of the enterprise,the park is supporting the construction of a sewage treatment plant and receiving wastewater from various enterprises.Because an enterprise in the park contains high-salt acrylic acid wastewater,the cost for its treatment is high.After negotiating with the park and other park enterprises,the company's high-concentration industrial wastewater is independently charged and treated together with other corporate wastewater.The influent water includes 30 m3·d-1 of high-concentration industrial wastewater and 570 m3·d-1 of other wastewater.High-concentration industrial wastewater mainly contains high concentrations of acrylic acid,acrylic esters,sodium acrylate,etc.,and contains high salinity wastewater characteristics,influent CODcrr concentration of about 40000 mg·L-1,BOD5 concentration of about 3000 mg·L-1,NaCl The concentration is about 135000 mg·L-1.The wastewater quality of other enterprises is close to that of municipal sewage.Since there is no secondary sewage treatment plant around the industrial park,the sewage discharge can only be discharged into the surface water bodies around the company.The discharge standard is set to some of the indicators in the“Class V of surface water environmental quality standards”?GB3838-2002?.Based on the above project overview,a detailed water quality analysis,analysis and selection of treatment processes,process design of main structures,and equipment selection were made.The main treatment process of pre-acidification,normal temperature IC,deep aeration contact oxidation,and advanced treatment process of biological aerated filter,sand filtration,and ozone oxidation are used to perform advanced treatment of the wastewater to meet the requirements for water discharge.The main treatment process using normal temperature IC and deep aeration contact oxidation can be used to treat acrylic acid wastewater and also has good salt resistance,so that both water quality can achieve the treatment effect.Considering the development of the park and the increase in the scale of the sewage treatment plant,the temperature of the IC reaction can be appropriately increased,the organic load of the IC can be increased,and the processing capacity can be increased,leaving room for the subsequent development of the park.And because both of these processes are of a higher pool type,it may be considered to build a conjoined pool,which saves investment while also having a certain degree of integrity.Detailed description of the project commissioning and commissioning,ambient temperature IC volume load of 1.79 kgCOD·m-3·d-1,CODcr removal rate of 34%;deep aeration contact oxidation tank volume load 0.95 kgBOD·m-3·d-1,The removal rate of BOD5 reaches 96%.After advanced treatment,the final effluent meets the emission standards and meets the design requirements.The total investment for the construction of the project is 5,680,500 yuan and covers an area of 1600 m2.Sewage treatment fees were collected from various companies.The wastewater treatment fee for other companies was 2.0 yuan·m-3,the treatment fee for high-concentration industrial wastewater was 200.0 yuan·m-3,and the operating cost for wastewater after mixing was 10.6 yuan·m-3.The economic benefits.After the wastewater treatment plant was put into operation,the CODcrr reduction amounted to 514.1 t·a-1,and the BOD5 reduction amounted to 73.5 t·a-1.
