At present,many disinfecting systems for large garbage dump in our country usually require the disinfectioners to enter the dump directly,which not only takes time and efforts,but also make a detrimental impact on the health of people to some extent because of bacteria and harmful odors.The advantage of the remote-control system lies that the disinfectioner can control disinfection system not limited by geographical location,and it can reduce the number of times entering the garbage dump.This system not only saves the efforts and reduces health risks of disinfectioners,but also reduces costs for enterprises.It has some economic significance and development potentials.On the basis of demands analysis of remote-control system,this paper proposes the solution of remote-control system based on WeChat platform.The main work of this paper is concluded as follows.(1)Demand analysis and solution design.To realize the remote-control and position map functions for large garbage dump,the requirements of this control system is analyzed,which includes control terminal and cloud server.The solution of this control system terminal is designed based on MCU(Micro-Control Unit)STM32 and peripheral control circuit modules including GPS(Global Positioning System),4G module and relay module,while the cloud server is designed based on WeChat server and Aliyun server,where the WeChat public number can be used as human-computer interaction and front control function,and the Aliyun server can be deployed as the database of GPS information,numbers of disinfecting times and control time.The GPS module collects the location information of control system deployed,the STM32 controls remotely the system by network connection with 4G module,and the relay module can be controlled by the command of start and close from WeChat and all the data of GPS and control parameters can be saved in MySQL database in Aliyun server.(2)Hardware system design and development.According to the data parameters of STM32 processor,GPS module,4G module and relay module,the schematic diagram of control circuits is designed with Altium Designer 15 software.Then the PCB(Printed Circuit Board)is designed and drew.With the layout and wiring of components in PCB,the hardware system is produced and tested.(3)Software design and system implementation.System software design includes the control terminal programming with STM32 and cloud server programming.Through Keil uVision 5 development platform and STM32 official firmware library functions,the control terminal program achieves the GPS positioning information by receiving and parsing of GPS,the network connection,the sending and receiving information between the control terminal and server by 4G module.Cloud server software design adopts Servlet connection to realize the communication between WeChat server and Aliyun server under the developmental combination of Windows 10,Tomcat 7.0,MySQL 8.0 and Java 1.8,and utilizes Socket connection to realize the information communication between control terminal and Aliyun server.
