The research content of this paper comes from the protection needs of modern warfare.With the development of high-energy weapons,the damage that soldiers receive on the battlefield is not only caused by the direct damage caused by bullets and shrapnel,but also the high-energy high-explosive weapon shock wave damage occupied by modern warfare.The ratio is getting higher and higher,and the damage is more serious than the traditional damage.The body armor with anti-wave capability have become one of the most urgent need for individual soldiers in modern warfare.Based on the modified elastic stress wave theory,the propagation of stress waves in the elastic body is calculated.The stress wave propagation is affected by the geometry.The stress wave is interpreted in various complex states.Make a theoretical reference for the structural design of bulletproof vests.Firstly,the research history of bulletproof vests is summarized,the importance of research and development of individual protective equipment is determined,and the advantages and disadvantages of some bulletproof vests at home and abroad are summarized.Collect and organize the protection needs.Several reasons for the injury caused by modern warfare.At the same time,it is necessary to ensure the original protective performance of the bulletproof vest.Secondly,the traditional stress wave theory and the modified elastic stress wave theory are described in detail,and the differences between them are pointed out.Some defects of the traditional wave theory are pointed out.The reasons for the inability to solve the problem are analyzed by the modified elastic stress wave theory.Finally,the calculation is based on the modified elastic stress wave theory,and the process of stress wave changes with time in the structure is explored,and compared with some experiments to illustrate the correctness of the new wave theory.And use new theories to explain some problems that traditional theories cannot solve.Finally,based on the simulation results,a reasonable prediction is given to the structure design of the bullet-proof hood,that is,the micro-structure design inside the wave-proof layer,so that it can reach the optimal solution of the structure.Reduce the number of experiments to improve research and development efficiency.
