With the rapid development of modern information technology and Internet technology,industrial production is gradually becoming intelligent and information-oriented.It is one of the research hotspots in the field of industrial intelligent manufacturing to use the equipment monitoring system to conveniently and timely grasp the operating state of machine tools and remote control of terminal equipment.At present,many small and medium-sized enterprises in the production process of CNC machine tools,due to the inability to timely and accurately count the type and quantity of cutting products,often make the enterprise management and production plan lag behind the actual production schedule,reducing the processing efficiency of the equipment on which the enterprise depends,even Lead to unnecessary production disputes.Therefore,designing a timely,accurate and stable machine tool monitoring system has a significant impetus to the further liberation of enterprises.After further analyzing the core requirements of the enterprise and the production and processing mode of the machine tool,a remote monitoring system conforming to the production rules and management requirements of the enterprise was designed through the imaging and analysis processing based on the cutting trajectory.The function of large amount of information and complex task logic is realized by C/S architecture,and the main function display interface is realized by B/S architecture.The management personnel can grasp the production progress of the machine tool equipment in real time through the browser without having to visit the first line.In the realization of the cutting trajectory visualization and the processing of the part statistics function,the Potrace algorithm is used to fit the cutting trajectory to generate the SVG cut graph for network transmission,the image segmentation algorithm based on the edge topology decomposition,and the reasonable use of the tool compensation information of the device.The distance scaling algorithm restores the true contour information,and finally shapes the contour of the workpiece according to the horizontal and vertical bidirectional projection features.After testing,the machine tool remote monitoring system combined with image recognition technology provides an effective means for the enterprise to control the running state of the machine tool and equipment capacity in real time,which satisfies the needs of enterprise intelligence and information development,and has practical feasibility and practical significance.
