Research On The Development Strategy Of China Coal Industry Qin Huang Dao Import&Export Co.,Ltd

This research aims at analyzing the China Coal Industry Qin Huang Dao Import&Export Co.,Ltd?s environment scientifically and systematically,helps enterprises analyze its strengths and weaknesses,and diagnoses the crux of the problem.Formulate the future development direction and strategy on the basis of the actual situation of the enterprise.At the same time,to help China Coal Industry Qin Huang Dao Import&Export Co.,Ltd?s and similar coal enterprises overcome difficulties,this research formulates an overall strategy and competitive strategy for the enterprise,propose effective measures to guarantee the implement of strategy.In this research,the methods of environmental analysis,SWOT analysis and historical data fitting are comprehensively applied.First of all,I will introduce the basic situation of China Coal Industry Qin Huang Dao Import&Export Co.,Ltd?s and analyze the external environment of the enterprise.Potter’s five force model is used to systematically consider the competitive environment.It is found that the external environment of China Coal Industry Qin Huang Dao Import&Export Co.,Ltd?s is very complicated and the competition is very fierce,facing many threats inside and outside the industry,but there are also opportunities to rely on ports and cross regional development.Secondly,this paper analyzes the industry environment and internal environment of China Coal Qinhuangdao Company,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of China Coal Qinhuangdao Company,opportunities and challenges faced by the company,and finds out the existing problems of the company,including natural resources shortcomings,human resources problems,business problems affected by policy guidance and so on.Thirdly,through SWOT analysis matrix,this paper summarizes the strategic principles of China Coal Qinhuangdao Company,and,based on the analysis of core competitiveness,formulates the strategic cycle,strategic objectives,strategic focus,strategic stage,and finally determines the development strategy of China Coal Qinhuangdao Company.Last but not the least,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,this paper puts forward the strategy implementation strategy from four aspects: building and strengthening the core competitiveness,strengthening the human resource management of China Coal Qinhuangdao Company,implementing the informationization strategy of China Coal Qinhuangdao Company,and performance evaluation and incentive of China Coal Qinhuangdao Company.This paper not only has an important guiding role in solving the strategic and practical problems of China Coal Qinhuangdao Company,but also has a reference significance for large state-owned coal enterprises facing similar situation crisis.
