| In this paper,the emission changes of European VI diesel vehicles with different technical routes are studied based on heavy European VI diesel vehicles.The vehicle resistance coefficient is measured on the test road by the sliding energy change method.The emission characteristics of the vehicle under different sliding resistance coefficients are studied based on the heavy chassis dynamometer.Euro VI provides for the measurement and evaluation of vehicle emissions on the actual road.However,due to the large difference of road topography and the great extent of the environmental impact of test results in different regions of China,road test is not repeatable.In order to more accurately grasp the emission characteristics of Euro six vehicles in different resistance coefficient under test,chassis dynamometer platform in emission test based on indoor environmental conditions,the state of the indoor temperature and humidity and its stability are controllable,so the test on the chassis dynamometer has good repeatability and consistency test.Results more convincing,so based on the chassis dynamometer measurement method and system of Euro VI emission of vehicle is very important.Determination of different sliding resistance on the road,and then establish the resistance dynamometer system in heavy-duty chassis,tested six different types of European heavy vehicles,test method to determine the best European VI measurement on chassis dynamometer,eventually master heavy vehicle emission characteristics under different resistance coefficient.The test results show that the euro VI emission level of the heavy vehicle emissions,the THC and the CO value is very low,in the recommended a larger drag coefficient THC and CO emissions have increased,but the relative resistance coefficient increase ratio is;for the use of EGR post processing system of Euro VI diesel engine emissions,NOx the amount varies in a certain range of EGR traffic increases,until the NOx original engine emission and EGR flow balance,and for not using EGR post processing system for Euro VI diesel vehicles,in the NOx of the original machine resistance increase emissions also increased;the euro VI emission standard of heavy vehicle emissions,the the particle number and quality is increased with the increase of resistance.The effect of vehicle emissions of heavy load,THC and CO trend is the same,with the increase of vehicle load increased;the difference influence of vehicle load on the different technical route,when the vehicle weight more than half,equipped with EGR NOx engine vehicle emissions growth in a certain range,until the flow rate of EGR tends to be stable.The NOx emissions of vehicles with SCR technology increased with the increase of load.The NOx emissions of vehicles with EGR did not change with load.The number and quality of particulate matter and vehicle load increased with the increase of vehicle emissions of heavy vehicles that meet the euro VI emission standard.In this paper,the emission data and emission characteristics of the euro six diesel vehicles in different resistance coefficient,measuring method of Euro six diesel vehicle emissions assessment based on chassis dynamometer,improve the evaluation of Euro six diesel vehicle emissions system,to promote China’s research and extension of diesel sixth stage regulations it has reference value. |
