In recent years,the domestic tourism industry has developed rapidly,and the scenic spot of mountain becomes the first choice for people's sightseeing.But the complex terrain and frequent traffic accidents have caused wide public concern about the safety of the mountainous tourist highways.In order to avoid destroying the original landform,vegetation and landscape,most mountain tourism highway are built conveniently.Low technology level,sharp curve,steep slope sections,even breaking through the design specification of the parameters of the limit value often appear,increasing the psychological load of the driver and easy to cause traffic accidents.In order to ensure the safety of tourist vehicles and tourists,this paper conducts a study on the alignment safety of mountain tourism highway,which can provide a theoretical basis for the alignment design.Traffic system is a dynamic system composed of driver-vehicle-road.It is necessary to select the characteristic evaluation index of the three factors to analyze.Through the field experiment on the typical mountainous tourist road,the representative evaluation index of the driver,vehicle and road is collected.SPSS,MATLAB and the software of experimental equipment are wield to analyze the relationship between the rate of heart rate growth(N)and the road alignment(longitudinal slope gradient i,circular curve radius R),running speed(v),and vehicle power,braking performance,to reveal the mechanism of interaction between driver,road alignment and vehicle,to establish the relationship model of N(i),N(R),N(i,R,v).The results show that: as the radius and longitudinal slope decreases,the rate of heart growth rate increases overall;the power and braking performance of current main vehicle can adapt to most of the mountain tourism road;limiting speed or increasing the radius of circle curve can effectively improve the safety and comfort of driving.It is suggested that the minimum radius should be greater than 20 m,and the steepest slope should be less than 8.5%.Mountain tourism highway circular curve radius and corresponding speed value was calculated,especially when the radius less than 15 m,speed limit should not be more than 15 km/h.Finally,the characteristics of the sensitive section are summarized,and suggestions for safety protection measures are put forward.In this paper,the research results of the safety of mountain tourism highway can provide a theoretical basis of comprehensive consideration about driver-vehicle-highways for designer and engineer,aiming at improving the safety of mountain tourist highways and minimize traffic accidents.
