| The development model of a new generation of underwater production system will become the main form of deep-water oil and gas field development in the future.The flexible pipe system,which plays an important role in it,is at risk of fatigue failure under the action of Marine environmental load.If it fails,the whole production system will collapse.So for a new generation of subsea production system in flexible piping on fatigue monitoring,in its maintenance before failure,to improve the new generation of the safety and reliability of the subsea production system,is of great significance.In order to monitor the fatigue of the flexible pipe system in the new generation of underwater production system,this paper firstly analyzes the connection and layout of the flexible pipe system in the system.A common layout form was selected and the OrcaFlex software was used to build the model.Compared with the attitude response of floating manifold in common layout form,a relatively stable layout form was selected.Then,on the premise of stable layout,the hydrodynamic analysis of underwater production equipment is carried out.The hydrodynamic coefficients of pipe manifold and flexible pipe system in water are solved by using the method of theoretical derivation and finite element simulation.Then,the whole production system is loaded and analyzed to determine the fatigue danger point of flexible pipe system.Finally,a detailed monitoring scheme was developed to monitor the fatigue hazard points of flexible pipe system.Mainly includes: the selection of sensors,the determination of monitoring method,the layout of sensors,data processing method,and analyze the collected data,of which this paper for the first time by monitoring strain-the fatigue analysis method for the load,load analysis,to analyze the fatigue performance of flexible pipe.Eventually to a new generation of subsea production system flexible pipe is the monitoring and prediction of fatigue life,before it happen fatigue failure,take corresponding measures to improve,to achieve the purpose of monitoring instruction detection,so as to ensure the safety of a new generation of subsea production system reliability. |
