| Metal organic framework materials(MOFs)is widely applied in the adsorption and separation of gas because of its special microstructure and excellent performance.Cu-MOF is one of MOFs that has excellent performance in terms of chemical stability,film-forming property and adsorption selectivity.Therefore,it is studied and used more.However,Cu-BTC is often accompanied by the release of heat during the process of gas desorption,which destroys its thermal stability to a certain extent,leading to a decrease in its adsorption and desorption properties.Consequently,in this paper,MOF/porous carbon composites with thermal stability and good adsorption properties were prepared by Cu-BTC,with graphene foam(GF)as the matrix phase.Research results show that the fittest acidification condition of activated carbon is60%nitric acid and 12 hours,which leads to uniform surface and high bond strength.Additive sodium formate is able to adjust morphology and size of the composites.Cu-BTC crystals were successfully loaded on the porous carbon by means of in-situ synthesis method.The synthesized Cu-BTC crystals own uniform size and satisfied crystal structure.The material shows a good application prospect in the field of treatment of sewage and CH4 adsorption purification. |
