| Nowadays,hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have an increasing number of popularity in new energy field.Hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles are one of the important components of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.In order to further popularize the use of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles,a large number of hydrogen supply stations that can ensure more driving distances for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are constructed.When high-pressure hydrogen storage tank of the hydrogen supply station provides hydrogen for hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles,the pressure of the hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles reaches 70 MPa in 3 minutes.In 3 minutes,compressing hydrogen in the cylinder to rise apparently its pressure and temperature.However,the excessive temperature poses a threat for the safety of hydrogen storage cylinder.Meanwhile,there are related phenomena such as supersonic motion in the hydrogen storage cylinder for vehicles.Based on these,the main work and achievements of this paper include:(1)According to GB 50516-2010 and SAE J2601-201407 to oppose a complete,novel and high-efficiency hydrogen supply system for 70 MPa hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles.In this paper,it consists of three-stages compression subsystems A,B,C,vacuum pump,hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles,water storage tank and spare high pressure storage tank.Besides,each compression subsystem consists of an ionic liquid compressor,a cooler that uses the structure of HYPER vortex tube,a hot high pressure separator and a high pressure hydrogen storage tank.(2)Analyzing the process of hydrogen supply from the third-stage high-pressure hydrogen storage tank in the compression subsystem C to hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles.The system is simulated statically by Aspen Plus.Meanwhile,during the process of hydrogen is charged from the third-stage high-pressure hydrogen storage tank to the hydrogen storage cylinder for vehicles,the dynamic variety of the third-stage high-pressure hydrogen storage tank is simulated dynamically by Aspen HYSYS.Through the simulation,obtaining the results that there are difference between theoretical calculation and simulation for the volume of thirdstage high-pressure hydrogen storage tank,the mean volume flow of hydrogen in a third-stage high-pressure hydrogen storage tank varies with its pressure and volume and the changes of the pressure and volume flow of the third-stage high-pressure hydrogen storage tank with time.And when the pressure of the third-stage high-pressure hydrogen storage tank is 93 MPa and 94 MPa,the hydrogen storage cylinders,52 L~112 L and 122 L,are able to accomplish the fast filling processes in which the final inner pressure of hydrogen storage cylinders are 70 MPa in 3 minutes.By comparing the results of Aspen Plus simulation and Aspen HYSYS simulation,there are some differences.(3)Analyzing the variation of temperature and pressure,the supersonic phenomenon and subsonic phenomenon in the fast filling process of 70 MPa hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles.The fast filling process of 70 MPa hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles is simulated by Computation Fluid Dynamics software and it is verified by experiment.During the fast filling process of 70 MPa hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles,the temperature in hydrogen storage cylinder rises due to the compression of hydrogen,the internal energy converted by kinetic energy,the effect of Joule-Thomson,the heat exchanger between 70 MPa hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles and environment and so on.Meanwhile,because the high pressure ratio between the third-stage high-pressure hydrogen storage tank in the compression subsystem C and the hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles,the fast filling process exists transonic speed phenomenon.The flow of hydrogen of the bottleneck of hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicles is supersonic before 3.2 seconds and it is subsonic after 3.2 seconds.During the fast filling process,supersonic phenomenon does not imperil the safety of whole hydrogen storage cylinder. |
