Explore new ideas in vintage kitchen design.Based on the service design theory,through the feedback on the operation behavior and product use satisfaction of elderly users: including accessibility,functional requirements,human-machine scale for usability analysis,comprehensive user usage assessment of existing social products and research social significance and value To study the commonalities and differences between elderly users and kitchens.This thesis introduces the development status of modern kitchens,the research status and excellent cases of smart kitchens at home and abroad from the research background,research purposes,research significance and macroscopically,and summarizes the development trend of kitchen appliances.This topic is designed to improve the use of smart kitchen products in the cooking process,and to provide reliable and intelligent kitchen product catering services for the safety,effectiveness,efficiency and satisfaction of the elderly.Starting from the service design research method,it analyzes the comprehensive review of relevant disciplines,introduces the principles and methods of service design,and applies the service design to the smart kitchen design,and plans the smart kitchen service design blueprint from the user touch point.In the research process,the first-hand materials and second-hand materials were sorted out.The second-hand materials included the smart kitchen service design man-machine research that has been compiled,including the spatial distribution of the kitchen and the size and size of the kitchen,the ergonomics of the tableware,and the APP design code for the elderly.,modeling elderly users based on user research.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the weight data of each contact point to the kitchen contacts of elderly users is obtained,which is used as the basis for theoretical research on the design of smart kitchen food service.Designed a set of elderly user wisdom kitchen catering service design.Achieve self-management,quantitative intake and dietary decision-making services for elderly users' smart kitchen diet.Finally,through the finite element analysis,elderly user practice verification and usability test feedback,determine the feasibility of the old smart kitchen design.Combined with the elderly user simulation using smart kitchen feedback evaluation,comprehensive measurement of the usability and ease of use of smarter kitchen service design for elderly users.The design process of smart kitchen catering service based on service design provides new ideas for the elderly smart kitchen and related design theories,and provides a comprehensive service design-centric solution for improving the living of the elderly.
