| Nuclear power plant as the important facility of nuclear application and as one of the most complex industrial systems in the world today,has long-term construction,high safety and quality requirements,highlight risks,complex technology,complicated plant operation and systems,much participation and cross construction as well as lifting construction,involving the safety risk,insufficient risk assessment or loopholes in management may lead to serious production safety accidents,which will not only have a huge impact on construction project,and even impact on the development of the nuclear power industry,therefore,to strengthen the construction of nuclear power project safety management is extremely important and significant.This thesis takes CAP1000 nuclear power construction safety risk management as the breakthrough point and analyzes LF project safety risk management status and its essential characteristics based on the domestic and foreign safety risk management theories as well as LF CAP1000 project practical situation constructed by State Nuclear Power Engineering Co.Ltd.The construction risk factors are put forward in the thesis based on Site investigation and statistical analysis Method,and the CAP1000 safety risk evaluation index system of the nuclear power construction projects is established on the basis of peer research and the experts’ opinion in a systematicness and typicality,comparability and practicability and guidance for the principle.The thesis also establishes construction project safety risk evaluation model of CAP1000 nuclear power which follows the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP for short),evaluates CAP1000 nuclear power construction safety risks,and provides comprehensive analysis to find out the risks of this project which needs key focus.As for the evaluation and its analysis,the thesis uses the safety system management and safety site management as the breakthrough points and proposes the program for the safety risk management expecting from playing the leader role,improving the safety management system,using the integrated control model of risk control,management means and management tools to bring grading control into force and to finally implement the proactive control for the safety risks.In conclusion,the thesis uses the related safety risk assessment and management theory as the guide based on CAP1000 nuclear power construction project safety risk characteristics to establish a nuclear power construction engineering safety risk evaluation index system and safety risk evaluation model,finds out the affected safety management risks during construction through comprehensive an analysis,and proposes targeted improvement of management scheme and suggestions from the aspects of safety system management and safety site management which provides some ideas and reference for the following CAP1000 nuclear power construction project managers. |
