At present,food safety issues are becoming more and more prominent,and it is particularly urgent to perform rapid and accurate separation and analysis of trace components in samples.However,the complex of the actual sample matrix makes the interferes with the detection of the target,it is necessary to remove impurities by pretreatment techniques and enrichment and purification of the target.Pipe tip solid phase extraction and dispersive solid phase extraction simplify the traditional solid phase extraction pretreatment,shorten the extraction time and save the costs.The core of the extraction technology is the recognition performance of the adsorbent on the target.In this study,styrene-divinylbenzene(PS-DVB)was been modified and combined with pretreatment technology to achieve separation and detection of the target.(1)Firstly the PS-DVB was sulfonated and then a range of amine compounds was introduced into it,including aniline,p-phenylenediamine,p-chloroaniline,p-methoxyaniline and imidazole.After characterization of the obtained materials,it was found that the adsorption performance of PS-DVB grafted p-methoxyaniline was the best,and a pipette-tip microextraction-high performance liquid chromatography method was developed to separate and detect of carbendazim in apple samples.(2)N-vinylpyrrolidone and 1H,1H,7H-dodecylheptyl methacrylate were copolymerized with PS-DVB and changed the hydrophobic properties of PS-DVB.The modified PS-DVB has honeycomb pores and the pore size was uniform,which was beneficial to the adsorption of macromolecular compounds.Through the optimization of material synthesis and the screening of the washing and elution solvent in the extraction process,the purification and separation of pyrocatechin and quercetin in apple samples were realized.
