In this research,the polyferric titanium sulfate?PFTS?floccutant was produced by single factor experiment.And the structure of the PFTS were characterized by FT-IR?fourier transform infrared spectrometer?,XRD?x-ray diffraction?,XPS,SEM?scanning electron microscope?and Fe-Ferron analytical method.Finally,it was applied to treat dyeing wastewater and swage in different dosages and pH,with compared to PFS?Ti?SO4?2?CPAM.At the same time,based on floc size,fractal dimension and settling velocity analysis results,the flocculation mechanism was analyzed.?1?PFTS was prepared through acid leaching method and alkali clustering method.The effects of reaction time,oxidant investment acceleration rate,SO42-/Fe?NO3-/Fe?Ti/Fe?PO43-/Fe?OH-/Fe were studied to develop PFTS.Through single factor test,the optimal conditions were respectively 80min,4ml/min,0.35?0.45?1:8?0.25 and 0.10.?2?FT-IR showed that PFTS contained polymer structure Fe-O-Fe?Ti-O-Fe?Fe-P?Ti-P and so on.XRD analysis of PFTS revealed that PFTS had formed a lot of new phase because of comples reaction occurred between iron and titanium other than simple combination reaction.Results of XPS displayed that products were the result of substitution of titanium,with forming bridged group between Fe?Ti and O?P.Fe-Ferron analysis demonstrated that when the ratio of Ti/Fe was 1:8,the content of Feb was the highest along with the best flocculation effect.It could be seen from SEM results that PFTS had more three-dimensional fold than that of PFS,witch contributing to bigger specific surface area and stronger adsorption bridging capacity.?3?The effect of dosage and pH on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by PFTS was discussed.When the dosage of PFTS was 25 mg/L,the removal rates of UV254 and chromaticity were 86.6%and 89.0%,respectively.When the dosage of PFTS was 30 mg/L,the removal rates of CODCr,ammonia nitrogen and turbidity reached 84.2%,41.1%and 98.3%,respectively.And the residual iron content generally met the requirement of iron content of drinking water?0.3 mg/L?.The pH had no significant effect on the treatment effect of printing and dyeing wastewater,and it was not necessary to adjust the pH value of printing and dyeing wastewater.?4?The coagulation effect of four coagulants?PFTS,PFS,PTS,CPAM?on dyeing wastewater was compared.When the dosages of PFTS,PFS,PTS and CPAM were25.0mg/L,30.0mg/L,40.0mg/L,30.0,respectively.the UV254 removal rate of printing and dyeing wastewater reached the maximum,which was 86.6%,75.0%,80.2%,and82.4%,respectively.When the dosages of PFTS,PFS,PTS and CPAM were 30.0mg/L,35.0mg/L,35.0mg/L and 30.0mg/L,respectively,the removal rate of CODCr in printing and dyeing wastewater reached the maximum,which was 84.2%,75.3,62.9%,and 73.2%respectively.Besides,the effect of four flocculants on ammonia nitrogen removal of printing and dyeing wastewater was the same,with the removal rate fluctuated within the range of 20%40%.The turbidity and chroma removal of printing and dyeing wastewater under PFTS treatment were significantly better than that of PFS,PTS and CPAM.In all,PFTS could obtain the best processing effect at a lower dosage,and had reference value for practical engineering.?5?The floc characteristics?floc size,fractal dimension,sedimentation velocity?were investigated.The coagulation mechanism of the polymerized ferric sulphate prepared in the laboratory was summarized.The introduction of titanium ions made the composite coagulant had stronger electricity,the adsorption capacity and net trapping effect.The dosage of coagulant affected the main coagulation,with changing from electrical neutralization to the electrical neutralization and the net trapping action together to concentrate the pollution particles.PFTS coagulation mechanism was the result of a variety of coagulation effects,other than a single mechanism of independent work.
