| PROTOS is widely used in cigarette factories.Its excellent performance improves the production efficiency of tobacco companies to a certain extent.However,the existing models can not complete the separation of running strips,waste cigarettes and cigarettes,which leads to the high consumption of tobacco in production and increases the production cost of enterprises.Aiming at the problem that PROTOS-M5 coiler can’t separate waste,this paper designs a set of time-sharing automatic sorting and recycling device and studies the key technology.Firstly,the technical theory of pneumatic separation method and vibration separation method is studied,and the experimental scheme is determined on the basis of theoretical research.Combining with the actual working situation of the coiler,the working scheme of time-division is selected.Based on this scheme,a complete set of automatic recycling boxes is designed.On the basis of the research of three key technologies of material separation,the overall design of the automatic recycling boxes is completed and a three-dimensional solid model is established in SolidWorks.Based on the work program of sorting system,Siemens S7-200 series PLC is selected as the control hardware and the control system design is completed.In Adams,the simulation model of smoke-end vibrating screen was established.The effects of four groups of working parameters(exciting force,spring stiffness,vibration direction angle and vibration frequency)on the performance of smoke-end vibrating screen were studied through simulation experiments.The permeability of particulate materials is expressed by the percentage of the number of permeable particles to the total number of particles.The influence of each group of parameters on the permeability of particulate materials is studied by an experimental method.The analysis shows that the vibration force and frequency are the main factors affecting the material penetration rate,while the vibration direction angle and spring stiffness are the minor factors affecting the material penetration rate.The influence of four parameters on the centroid velocity and acceleration of vibrating screen is studied by dynamic simulation.The parameters combination which can improve the working efficiency of vibrating screen is obtained by combining with the penetrating screen experiment.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the whole structure of the recycling box are carried out.The modal analysis confirms that the whole machine will not have resonance when the vibrating screen is working normally.The harmonic response analysis confirms that the overall structure of the recycling box meets the working requirements of the smoke-end vibrating screen.Combining with the operation test of the real machine,it is proved that the recovery system works well and can effectively separate three kinds of materials.This paper presents a new scheme for separating three kinds of materials: running strip,waste cigarette and end of cigarette.Through the research of this topic,it can provide valuable reference for the field of waste cigarette recycling. |
