With the growth of energy use,fossil fuels and other energy sources will be increasingly exhausted.The research and development of new energy sources has become one of the research hotspots.Animal and vegetable o ils are widely used in the preparation of hydrocarbon fuel oil due to their reproducibility.Catalytic cracking of oil is considered to be one of the most effective methods to prepare hydrocarbon fuel oil.There are many kinds of catalysts that can be used for cracking grease.In this paper,the preparation of biomass fuel oil from paulownia oil by MCM zeolite catalyst was studied.The composite catalyst MCM-22 / MCM-41 was synthesized by ultrasound-microwave reaction and its catalytic performance was studied.At the same time,iron and gallium modified MCM-22 molecular sieve catalyst and its catalytic properties were studied.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Experimental study on catalytic cracking of paulownia oil with MCM molecular sieve catalysts.The effects of cracking temperature and mass airspeed on the catalytic properties of MCM catalysts were investigated.The test results show that: Under the condition of cracking temperature is 510 ? and space velocity is 5.25 h-1,MCM-22 catalyst has the better catalytic effect.The yield of liquid product was 42.67%,the acid value was 1.3 mg KOH·g-1 and the saponification value was 1.6 mg KOH·g-1.The products were mainly aromatic hydrocarbons,Among them,the content of homologues of benzene and benzene were reached 52.34%.The better cracking of MCM-41 catalyst temperature is 530 ? and the space velocity is 5.25 h-1.Under the better conditions,the yield of cracking products was 56.23%,the acid value was 3.5 mg KOH·g-1 and the saponification value was 3.1 mg KOH·g-1.The products were mainly aromatic,Among them,the homologues of benzene and benzene were reached 48.71%.By comprehensive comparison of the catalytic properties of the two catalyst s,MCM-22 molecular sieve is the better one.(2)Experimental study on the preparation of composite catalysts and the catalytic properties by ultrasonic-microwave assisted method.The effects of ultrasonic wave,microwave and reaction temperature on the de composition and catalytic properties of the composite catalyst were investigated.The results show that: Under the condition of ultrasonic power is 400 W,microwave power is 300 W and the reaction temperature is 70 ?,the composite catalysts have a better catalytic performance.In the cracking temperature of 510 ?,quality under the condition of space velocity of 5.25 h-1,The yield of the better product was 58.16%,the acid value was 1.1 mg KOH·g-1 and the saponification value was 1.2 mg KOH·g-1.The main components of the product were olefin and aromatics,and the content was 44.49%.The results show that: the composite catalyst is suitable for the preparation of hydrocarbon substances and provides a suitable catalyst for the subsequent preparation of hydrocarbon substances.(3)Modification and properties of MCM-22 catalyst.The effects of iron and gallium on the catalytic properties of MCM-22 catalyst modification were investigated.The results show that: When iron is used for modification,the better iron ion concentration is 0.1 mol· l-1.Quality under the condition of cracking temperature of 510 ? and space velocity of 5.25 h-1,The yield of liquid product was 62.87%,the acid value was 0.2 mg KOH·g-1,and the saponification value was 0.4 mg KOH·g-1.The main component of the product was olefin,and the content was 52.27%.When gallium was modified,the better gallium ion concentration was 1 mol· l-1.This modified catalyst cracking temperature is 510 ?,the quality of the space velocity under the condition of 5.25 h-1,The yield of liquid product was 72.54%,the acid value was 1.2 mg KOH·g-1,and the saponification value was 1.1 mg KOH·g-1.The main component of the product was olefin and the content was 38.94%.The better iron gallium ratio is 1:2,This modified catalyst cracking temperature is 510 ?,the quality of the space velocity under the condition of 5.25 h-1,The yield of the liquid product was 60.69%,the acid value was 0.3 mg KOH·g-1,and the saponification value was 0.5 mg KOH·g-1.The main component of the product was aromatic substances,and the content was 23.5%.Based on the above research results,MCM-22 molecular sieve modified with gallium can improve the yield of liquid pro duct of tung oil cracking.Thisstudy can provide basic data for further research on MCM-22 molecular sieve modified catalyst.
