Subway plays a very important role in people’s travel mode, and once an emergency occurs in subway station. It will bring serious influence to the dense crowd inside or outside the station. Therefore,it is urgent to carry out targeted emergency evacuation research according to the structural characteristics of subway stations. Finally master the behavior of pedestrians in sudden situations,to improve the efficiency of Subway Station’s Emergency evacuation under sudden condition. In view of the achievements and shortcomings of the existing research work at home and abroad, the paper establishes an emergency evacuation model by analyzing the structure of subway station, the situation of people gathering, the law of crowd flow and so on.Combine with the characteristics of subway station. The simulation of evacuation is carried out to provide the basis for the formulation and optimization of evacuation plan and to provide support for emergency command. The innovations of this paper are as follows:First, combined with the concrete station, collecting the station building structure, the station video and the station gate passenger flow and so on many aspects data, uses the statistical analysis method, carries on the analysis to the crowd distribution, the crowd flow, the crowd speed and so on characteristic, etc. The rule of crowd flow in subway station is obtained. Then, the steps and flow chart of simulation using AnyLogic software are given to simulate and analyze the evacuation performance of several possible scenarios in the station, and the evacuation performance in different scenarios is obtained, and the simulation results are combined with the simulation results. The evacuation process in different scenarios is optimized, and the optimization suggestions of emergency plan are put forward.
