In recent years, the pollution of heavy metals has become more and more serious. As a part of the food chain, human beings can destroy some organs and tissues of the human body by ingesting animals and plants containing heavy metals, causing pathological changes of normal organs and tissues, leading to the accumulation of toxins slowly in the human body, threatening the normal operation of human organs, and even more terrible is the weight accumulated in the human body once. When metal concentration exceeds the acceptable standard of human body, acute poisoning symptoms will appear in a short time, which is extremely difficult to treat in modern medicine. Therefore,as an important indicator of environmental pollution, heavy metal pollution has attracted more and more attention. At present, the widely used methods of heavy metal detection are mainly used in laboratory environment, and the timeliness is not strong enough to meet the purpose of in-situ real-time detection. There are few real-time heavy metal measurement systems in China. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to study a real-time detection system for trace heavy metals in seawater. The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly, the characteristics of color reaction of heavy metals are analyzed, and a spectrum acquisition platform is set up to collect the visible spectrum of the standard solution of heavy metals to ascertain the optimum absorption wavelength of visible light. The corresponding mathematical model is established to obtain the relationship between the absorbance of heavy metal ions and the ion concentration.Secondly, the influence of turbidity, acidity and alkalinity, salinity, temperature and time on the detection of heavy metals is analyzed. The mathematical model between absorbance and ion concentration is used to make the corresponding correction compensation model for the above factors, and the error caused by the above factors is compensated to verify the effect of compensation. Then the measurement model of metal ions in multi-parameter mixed solution is established. Finally, the system circuit is designed and the corresponding software program is compiled to set up a complete heavy metal detection system based on the mixed solution measurement model. The liquid sampling function test, photoelectric detection performance test and system detection accuracy analysis of the designed heavy metal detection system are carried out to verify verify the performance of the designed system.
