With the deepening of oil well mining,the depth of oil well is increasing,and the single conventional artificial lifting method has certain limitation and low efficiency for the extraction of deep well and high temperature oil well.Therefore,it is very important to design a kind of mechanical oil recovery method suitable for deep well lifting.The combined lifting system integrates the characteristics of two lifting techniques and shows the advantages of the two kinds of lifting techniques,which can effectively solve the problems that are difficult to solve in the conventional single mechanical oil production system.The two kinds of lifting system of the electric submersible pump and air lift combined lifting system are suitable,the influence factors of the pump cycle are simple,the mining depth is great,and it has strong superiority,but no relevant optimization design theory and system efficiency calculation formula need to be further studied.By integrating the advantages of the two,the temperature and pressure distribution curves can be established by correlation calculation formula,which can effectively analyze the fluid environment of wellbore.And through the principle of node system analysis,the node between the gas lift and the electric submersible pump is selected as the solution point,and the combined lift of the electric submersible pump and gas lift is optimized to guide the coordinated operation of the double pumps and to determine the related output.In addition,the efficiency calculation of the combined lifting system is calculated by using the two people as a lifting system as a whole lifting height,which overturns the conclusion that the efficiency of the former combined lifting system is low.In this paper,the optimum design method of the combined lift of electric submersible pump and gas lift is established by the method of node analysis for the first time,and the maximum output is obtained,which is more than the single pump output,so the combined lift of the electric submersible pump and gas lift can effectively increase the output of the deep well.And the efficiency of the combined lifting system of the electric submersible pump and air lift is derived for the first time.The efficiency of the system efficiency of the combined lifting of the electric submersible pump and gas lift is found through the calculation of the specific oil well data,and a new conclusion is obtained.The results show that the combination of electric submersible and gas lift combined lifting and lifting system can improve the output of deep wells and give full play to the potential of deep wells.At the same time,it improves the system efficiency,helps reduce cost and increase efficiency,and green development.
