Research On Safety Inspection Technology For Foundation Settlement In Coastal Process Pipeline

In recent years.Due to the influence and limitation of geological conditions,Many pipelines are laid on soft soil,The soft soil foundation has a low bearing capacity.After bearing,it will be a large deformation,and cause foundation settlement.Meanwhile,it also causes the pipeline laying on it to settle,and results in the pipeline being in an unsafe state.It seriously threatens the safety of production and operation of offshore oil and gas pipelines.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the safety detection technology of the foundation settlement coastal process pipeline.In this paper,the following works are taken as the research object of foundation settlement coastal process pipeline:(1)On the basis of data analysis of the structure and settlement of coastal process pipeline The stress distribution and stress concentration area of the coastal process pipeline due to foundation settlement were determined under the initial condition.through mechanical analysis and ANSYS finite element analogy.(2)Through ANSYS finite element simulation,the magnitude of stress in dangerous area of pipeline under different foundation settlement is determined.The relationship between the settlement of foundation and the stress concentration of offshore pipeline is established.When the settlement near the elbow reaches 11 mm,the pipeline stress reaches the critical value.(3)The relationship between magnetic memory signal and stress concentration of coastal process pipeline is established through laboratory tests.The characteristic parameters of magnetic memory signal under different stress conditions are determined.In the laboratory,The characteristic parameter system of magnetic memory signal under different pressure loads is established for offshore pipelines with defects,which provides the basis for the field pipeline detection.(4)A magnetic memory testing device for the coastal process pipeline is developed,which is used in the field,and the process pipeline is tested on the spot.In combination with the laboratory experiment results,the safety status of the process pipeline is evaluated,and the safety inspection of the foundation settlement pipeline is realized.
